  I worked with an amazing representative Felicity. My son was buying his first home and Felicity was so quick, knowledgeable, and the transaction was seamless. I have a construction company and I’m a realtor and in the 25 years I have been in this business, I have never had a bank and representative operate as efficiently as they have. I look forward to my next transaction with them.

  Freedom NW CU has been nothing short of amazing for many of my clients purchasing rural property, but I have also used them personally and received nothing but amazing customer service. Thank you Freedom for making the process so simple. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy vacant land and or rural properties.

  My husband and I have used Freedom Northwest Credit Union for several of our loans (Two home loans, one home equity, and one mobile home). Each time we worked with Mariah Cooper. She made the experience so fast and easy for us on each loan. Every single time we signed with Kootenai Title they have said that FNWCU was the easiest and quickest bank they have ever worked with; and the least amount of paperwork! They also do loans on land and mobile homes which hardly any bank out there does. I highly recommend considering them when searching for a loan!

  I am on my second home loan with Freedom Northwest, and they have been GREAT! The title company said it was the fastest easiest closing they have ever had! These guys no what they are doing. I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks for the hard work.

  Would recommend this bank for any loan. The customer service is outstanding and the loan process was simple. Great communication and low stress through the whole process. We are going to stay at this bank for all our loan needs!!

  Definitely would not recommend if you are in the market for a home loan. We applied for a home loan about 3 weeks ago, and pulling teeth is less painful than trying to get a hold of anybody here. With the market we are in, we were in need of a lender who would work quickly and keep us in the loop so we could be ready to move in this market. After they let us know that we were approved, we were never informed the next steps, the amount we were approved for, or when it would be available. Even though I have sent multiple emails I STILL have not heard back from anybody to finish our loan. They never asked for any information from us like bank statements, paystubs, taxes. How can you approve somebody for a loan without any of this information? We have had multiple properties slip through because the lack of service from this bank. It has been nothing but a waste of time from them.

  We were up against the clock to get a pre approval for a property loan and Mariah had it done in no time for us. The rest of the loan process was smooth as well... Very grateful!!

  I have dealt with Mariah Cooper a couple times concern Loans. She was very helpful and concerned up through the end of the contracts being finalized. Thank you Mariah. JP

  They appear to do whatever they can to screw you out of money. I would NOT recommend them for a home loan. You would be better off going to someone who is at least honest about how they are going to take advantage of you.
