  Donna is the best! I have used her for my refis at least 3 times. She explains everything, finds the best rates, processes the paperwork in a super timely fashion and is the nicest person to work with in what can be a very stressful situation. Donna cares about her clients, her knowledge of the mortgage industry is second to none. She shares her knowledge and makes sure her clients understand the process.   We had been delaying doing our refinance because it's alway so time consuming. Donna made it so easy. Everything was done online. Her communication and efficiency was great!
