They had a line but were fast to get to us and even told us about the rewards points we didn’t know we were accumulating! It’s great how you can tell they care and are there to help. We love this branch and will be coming back when we’re in the area!

Travis Johnson5I went in about a week ago for to deposit a check and ask about some alerts I’ve been getting that I suspected were scams but wanted to be sure. The line was long but quick, I was there in line for at most 10 mins even tho I was almost at the door to begin with. Great service and the teller helping me was very polite and explained everything clearly. She double checked my account and assured me nothing was wrong and those alerts are likely scams.

TD Technology5I have a great experience with this location. I came in to open an account with MACU and the person that helped me, his name is William. Very friendly, funny, helpful and professional! He helped me promptly in a timely manner! If I knew MACU was this awesome and being professional towards their customers, I would of open the account with them years ago but its never too late! I am glad I did! Looking forward to get a mortgage loan soon! Thank you MACU for giving me a credit card so I can build my credit! And thank you William for doing an awesome job!

America Audio1I decided to go this bank and the experience was the worst. The lady who attended me spoke very rudely. She was Venezuelan and I didn't get her name. Every time I go to the bank they always ask for my credit or debit card this time was different. I told the lady I needed to make a payment for my loan and she asked for my account number, I told her I didn't have it and she rolled her eyes saying "then how am I supposed to get into your account." I handed her my debit card and she took it out of my hand harshly and told me that when they ask for the account number they are referring to the debit card. I didn't know since they never ask for my account number only one of my cards. I then told her "an account number is different from the numbers of the cards so I misunderstood its not the same" and with that she got even more annoyed giving rude looks. after I made my payment I asked to take money out of my account and she asked for my ID and I gave it to her. She then said she couldn't give me my money because on my ID my name is abbreviated and on the bank account it's not. She said she refused to give me my money. I couldn't talk to the manager cause I had to leave for work but she was just overall really rude and looked like she didn't want to be there. I'm not sure if its her number but on my receipt it says Teller: 3250 so maybe its her employee number. I wouldn't recommend going to this bank location.

Joshua Taggart1My card and $300 were lost to their ATM at this branch when their machine malfunctioned, when I went in to inform the branch they let me know it would take 7 to 10 days to MAYBE get my money back... no effort to make it right. Just ride and very short answered. Manager that "assisted" was Marina.

Kelly5I just had an unbelievably great experience at this bank. I went in to withdraw cash from my account and they were really friendly and fast. I wish I remembered the lady's name that helped me. This isn't my usual location but I was in the area and decided to stop in. And I'm glad I did. All the staff was nice. The place was clean and very nice. I'll definitely be visiting again whenever I'm in the area and in need of a bank run.

Cheryl Anderson1Do NOT EVER use this location if you have half a brain! The line is ALWAYS an hour or more to get to a Teller. 4 or 5 lines available and not ONE can conduct business in a timely manner! I think there has to be a language barrier problem. I don’t know if it’s the Tellers or the Clients, but nobody seems to be able to get their business done! It is ALWAYS like this at this branch. ABSURD LOCATION!!!
