  The friendliest staff at any pawn shop I've ever been to. I bought 2 guitars from them and they made me a great deal that they didn't have to and even threw in a case for me. They truly go above and beyond. I wish them the best and I hope to stop by again if I ever visit Utah and Salt Lake City.

  They loan a higher % on tools more readily than the other shop up the road! I've been going to them for years and I'll keep going to them for many years to come.

  The best pawn shop! These guys have big hearts and truly care about their customers. They're not out to rip you off like most, they truly enjoy helping people. We pawned a generator awhile back that my dad bought us. Time goes by so fast and we ended up missing a payment. Called them up and they hadn't put it out for sale. Thank you Hy and Mikes so much!

  This pawn shop is by far the best one I've ever been too!! The owner Diego is so awesome!!! He actually cares about his customers! I have forgotten to pay on my laptop numerous times and every time I do remember it's still there!! I would recommend it to everyone out there and experience for yourself how great Hy &Mikes Million dollar pawn is.

  Visited this pawn shop today. Diego Barrera, who is the owner and is the agent who helped me, is the most fair pawn agent I have ever dealt with. I sold some gold that I was missing some mates to earrings, chains the were too small etc. He was very fair with the purchase price. He also showed me a trust and respect that is rare in today’s business climate that, in turn, has formed a trust with me that will be a lucrative relationship for both parties for years to come. I have never frequented pawn shops but I will be buying all future jewelry from him. I would recommend to all friends and family.

  After 2 days of going to nearly every pawn shop in the Salt Lake Valley in search of a ring, we ended up buying one here. Diego was awesome, very kind and not pushy at all. He was very patient with us, and made us feel right at home. After looking at over 2 dozen shops, Million Dollar Pawn absolutely had the best prices in town on jewelry and plenty of quality options to choose from. If you are looking for good quality jewelry at a great price look no further!

  I've been to a few pawn shops in my day. Okay-ive been to a lot of pawn shops. Diego,is by far the absolute BEST I've ever dealt with EVER! I highly recommend million dollar pawn. Even if it means going a hour out of the way. What other people have said about them truly caring about people is 100% true. As is with most every hy and mikes. Diego far exceeded my expectations abd I will not go anywhere else.

  Nice small pawn shop. Owner was nice and helped me out with no issues on my pawn. 4 stars for the " it costs more to pay with a debit card" annoying fee that most local pawn shops do. they have their reasons, i get it, its still annoying.

  Hands down the best place to take anything you are looking to get rid of for some extra cash. No other store will work with you like they do and they don't play games. They always work with you on prices, both buying and selling, to make sure you receive the best prices in the state. Not to mention they are incredibly nice and helpful. I used to dread going to the pawn shop to haggle and get ripped off, but you don't have to worry about that stuff here!! You will NOT be disappointed with your experience at Hy & Mikes. Been going there for years now and will never go anywhere else--the prices don't even compete with H&M's. Easy decision!!

  They are amazing, I’ve worked with other places and have been charged double every where else. I have been able to get a loan on something normally they wouldn’t take because I’ve used them and have had a good record for so long. Don’t bother with anyone else or at the very least price around before you settle. When we are needing loans it’s usually a last resort and they make it so easy to get back on your feet!!!
