  Great branch in Centerville, but never refinance with Samantha. She reached about refinancing and convinced me to put in an application and when things didn’t come back favorably didn’t return my calls or emails, for 2 days she was there working at the branch, after just saying that I was approved and not what was additionally required and that my interest rate would be a lot higher. Had to call and get a hold of someone else to talk about my loan to find out the details and that if I did want to move forward additional documentation was needed.

  Friendly, efficient, great to work with! Went in for a small HELOC and wound up refinancing my car too - they were able to cut my interest in half! Highly recommend MACU. Their tools are so easy to use and you always know exactly where your accounts stand.

  Such a good bank to bank with. The staff in here are friendly and I have really enjoyed this branch to where I have transferred over most of my business accounts here, transferred cc balances for lower interest rates and have worked on properly loans here and haven't been disappointed yet. They also took care of my business PPP when I submitted my application and it went smoothly. I highly recommend these guys for your banking needs business or personal.

  That home town bank feel is hard to find these days. Mountain America has kept that despite how big they have gotten. The result is that there are a lot of great services available all over the Western US, but each branch still feels like a small hometown bank with great personal service. This branch is close to me so I am in there a few times a month and they always get me taken care of and back to running my business very quickly. I can't recommend Mountain America enough they are great!

  The staff here are fantastic. Assistant Manager and Manager stayed late, when I drove for over an hour to get there, to finish up my auto loan. They were very friendly, even though we were there until 6:20, and were fast to boot. People like them are why I love Mountain America - been a member for 16 years, and I will stay with them for their exceptional service.

  Mr. Rhett Powers was very congenial and respectful at first meeting. He explained everything we needed to know about banking at Mountain America. We are new move- ins from Oklahoma and the wife and I wanted a bank/credit union that helped customers with their finances. At the end of our research, we decided that Mountain America would help us.

  Recently moved to Utah and needed a credit union to replace my California credit union. Heard great things about MACU and decided to join. What a great choice. The folks at the Centerville office are fantastic. Can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly the entire staff are. I’m a MACU customer for life.
