  I have used K'Sun for two different mortgage loans, and he has been amazing on both occasions. He was always available to answer my questions, and help out when and where necessary with the details. Months later, I have needed to do some follow up with him, and he still writes me back and gets answers to my questions almost immediately. I can't recommend working with K'Sun enough.

  I had a very negative experience with the loan office I tried to go through before I met k’sun. After my first offer falling through due to lack of communication I switched to K’Sun and it was night and day. This guy is absolutely amazing!! From start to finish he was on it! Explained everything to me. Told me what my payment would be for multiple different price ranges. Answered ever single question I had in explicit detail so I would t get confused. Got me a killer Interest rate and made the house I wanted work with my budget all the while putting fires out left and right (I have anxiety issues and am prone to panic attacks) I will never go through another loan officer again. This man is amazing!! Master of his trade! 10/10 would recommend!!
