  There needs to be a better hiring process for bank tellers as they are handling people's livelihoods. This branch has obviously lost their way and are now hiring people with mental deficiencies. Daniel did not double count my money, tried to help someone else in the middle of my deposit, and gave me an attitude when I complained about the 30 minute wait time of my deposit. He also had to pull out a sticky note to perform a basic addition problem regarding my deposit. Why are tellers using paper and pencil in the first place? Calculators should be used to ensure accidental errors don't take place. It was my mistake not counting my tip money before I brought it into the bank. You can't trust some people to treat your livelihood with any seriousness at all.

  After spending over two decades at a national bank I was fortunately advised about using Mountain America. From the moment I entered I felt "at home" and still do, more with each visit. They seem to offer everything the "big" bank offered and even much more. Glad I finally fully completed the switch. MACU is great!

  I was the 2nd in line when I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:06. I waited 10 min. I have pulled forward, and 4 min and an waiting to be greeted. So I'm writing this review to pass the time. There are 3 employees just standing around. Finally was helped is 10:21. This bank and branch is awful.

  Very disappointed ☹️ with service received, knowledgeable aspects of teller were unsatisfactory I’ve been coming here a lot and I really enjoy and appreciate them. Chase is missed He was very personable polite and aware They need some employees that actually like their job. My teller just seemed miserable and confused

  I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my credit union!!! I have been a member about a year and a half and they have taken care of my in so many ways! I am always greeted by friendly staff who know me by name. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOUNTAIN AMERICA CREDIT UNION!!!!!!

  Kudos to the MACU Highland branch. Every time when I go to this branch, there is a sense of familiarity here, that makes me feel welcomed every time. Banking needs, public notary and best customer service. This branch has it all!

  This past week I started spending large sums of money at places I don't usually do business with, and my bank contacted me to verify if the transactions were in fact done by me or someone I authorized to use my card. This has never happened before with me at my previous bank, as I was constantly charged ridiculously high fees and treated poorly by inept customer service representatives at Chase Bank. I'm glad Mountain America Credit Union is on top of quality service and safety!

  Donna was phenomenal in helping me reconsolidate an auto loan. Without her exceptional customer service, I would not have been able to secure a low interest rate. There was a particular credit report issue that I didn't realize hadn't been resolved. She encouraged me to send in a dispute and in the end, I was vindicated. She was able to talk to her superiors (prior to receiving my dispute resolution) and plead to them in my defense, and in return, I was able to secure an awesome interest rate on my vehicle. Thank you for your for your tremendous help!
