  I like the fact that I usually never have to wait in a long line for help. I also appreciate that staff at this bank is always able to answer any of your questions and is able and willing to help you with any thing that you want done with your accounts. I have always felt that staff at credit unions value me as a member far more than any bank ever has.

  I have been banking at mountain America credit Union for a little over year since I 1st moved to Utah. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received. Many convenient locations in multiple States and areas.

  Mountain America is my favorite credit union. Allpoint atm network are in the stores I shop in. Please join the Allpoint atm network Also. Moneypass and Allpoint are both excellent. Please look into Allpoint atm network

  I have been a member of macu for years as they don't deserve to even be in capital letters. I contacted them in June of 2020 to let them know that my lungs were severely damaged due to Covid and that I needed help filing a claim with their "disability insurance" I had been paying for since 2014. So as I was directed to file my claim the claim was denied by the disability insurance due to me having Covid 1 week prior to reporting it so they called a "pre existing" condition, what a joke... Mind you I had plenty of Dr's notes I was not released to work, nor work from home due to the side effects of the medications. I called the credit union back to let them know about the situation, they said they didn't know what to tell me. I told them that I needed Covid relief (as spoken of in the Cares Act). I was told that they would work with me to pay as I could. I made payments any time I came in to cash (most of it from selling off my belongings in my home). In 9 months I should have paid $558.00, I paid $578.71. That was including a skip payment I was given, ended up paying anyways and was then hit with a late payment fee. I called in spoke with customer service (who had no clue) and ended up telling me that they couldn't do anything about the situation and for me to file bankruptcy or whatever I needed to do. This credit union sucks! AMERICA 1ST CREDIT UNION beats them 10 X over in every way possible!!!!

  Beautiful building. New mobile app very good app. Will be a member forever. 1.5. Percent credit card cash back. The only suggestion please consider visa signature credit card or world elite Mastercard. Visa signature and World Elite have more benefits on purchases. Visa Signature please consider. Love Mountain America. Hoping one year we will have mountain America in Denver and Portland. Mountain America I trust.

  I love Mountain America. I had my debit card stolen and they drained my account along with the overdraft all at once. Because it was a debit card, I thought "that's it, my life is over" but MM actually refunded the entire amount back in to my account, and they did it with a smile. I was so shocked and pleased! they are the best!

  This used to be our Mountain America "go to" branch but ever since the new building went up they have not been open the past 3 times I have gone there. So I now go a few blocks farther to the Milcreek branch and am very happy with it. Adios Sugarhouse branch and good luck!

  Wonderful customer service! I don't ever mind going in or calling because the staff is so attentive and to the point. Heather is one of my favorite most knowledgeable tellers. I switched to MACU from WELLS FARGO in 2012 and the staff helped get my finances back in order. Best financial decision i've ever made. YAS QUEEN.
