  Zach was so helpful that we are getting our vehicle refinance with him next week! He made my personal loan and opening of my account simple! He handed us off to Joshua, due to him not being in that afternoon and I needed my loan process that afternoon I must say these two make a great team! Super friendly the both of them, and you know they care about you! Cannot wait till next week, when my wife, and I save exponentially, on our auto refinance! Thanks Zach! Thanks Joshua!   Joshua Strottner was the best financial service rep I’ve ever worked with! If you need to work with someone, he’ll take care of you! Also, this guy definitely deserves a raise/paid vacation/bonus or all of the above.

  Terrible service. If you want anything done over the phone i.e; changing account details, ordering a new card, you will have to call at least 4 times and ask 4 different people before it will actually get done. This will result in payments being declined and them charging you additional fees for it. Huge scam.

  I've been banking here for two years and haven't had a complaint yet. This location is conveniently located in the middle of the valley on Redwood Road. There's rarely a wait, and the service is excellent. They have a spacious lobby, three drive through lanes plus an ATM. If you're at a bank, make the switch to a credit union and you'll never go back.

  Shout out to Ashlyn who made our experience very smooth. She helped my wife and I transition from singular banking accounts to a joint bank account, as well as a generous rate for a new credit line. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and personable, I will look forward to doing business with her and the lovely staff at this local Mountain America Credit Union. I've been a customer for years, I stand by their service. Thank you for all of your help! 2022 Update! - I was slammed with overdraft fees over the weekend that I wasn't aware of due to opting out of notifications. I called this branch and spoke with Diego (I believe that was his name), and after explaining my situation, he responded immediately with a solution as well as assisted with relief for the overdraft that was taken. He was incredible and is a great asset for MACU. I have been a customer for over 8 years now, and I can honestly say, I'm not going anywhere. I love the service and the ease of online banking. They have not let me down. Thank you again for your help today, Diego! You deserve a raise!!

  My elderly parents were having problems with their online account, we went into this branch for help. Tiffany was so great to help us. We really appreciate her and we love Mountain America credit Union.

  Absolutely the biggest crooks in the West, I don't recommend MACU for the smallest of financial management.

  This was my first time opening an account by myself and the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The bank was super clean and COVID compliant. They had staff and people stand 6 feet apart and all were wearing facial masks. I had Adrian help me and he was super nice and explained everything to me and made me feel like part of the family 😊. This was one of the best bank experiences I have had in a long time!

  I went in to get a loan to get some dental work done. Trent A. worked with me down to every detail and helped me get what I needed as well as get rid of some debt and up my credit score significantly in the process. He is absolutely amazing and that is an understatement! I couldn't have asked for more! Trent A. deserves a raise for sure. He made my future brighter in one day. I've never had a bad experience here or at any other MACU locations. Thank you guys for never letting me down and always answering my questions! Thank you especially to Trent A. in West Jordan and McKenzie in Sandy for going above and beyond and putting so much effort and passion into your work!
