  I have my account with them since almost 3 years I decided to refinance my car that I got at Mark Miller Toyota and MACU offered me a lower interest rate. Vanessa Goldberg was my financial officer and she went above and beyond to help with the whole process.

  Mountain America Credit Union has excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful staff. We recently had our will/trust notarized, and got our college bound daughter's first credit card at the Park City Branch. The tellers are always efficient and kind. If you are looking for a new branch, or want to change banks - I'd highly recommend MACU.

  My wife and I went to the branch with an appointment to transfer over $100,000 from chase to Mountain America. We provided all the needed information to the branch employee and we have yet to see this happen. I actually wanted to believe they would do a better job than Chase but it seems they have no interest in our money or services. Why is this? Please see if you really want to help us.

  just opened an account at MACU in park city, and to say i’m happy i joined here is an absolute understatement. i worked with vanessa and she is INCREDIBLE. hands down the most helpful banker i’ve ever worked with, she’s so understanding and positive and i will continue to bank with them because of her alone! i also worked with julianne briefly and she’s also just as amazing! if you’re hesitant about leaving a big bank for a credit union, DONT BE, and join at MACU 👏🏻

  Kudos to Julianne Bown at MACU in Kimball Junction. Julianne is a perfect combination of courtesy, professionalism and competence. After helping me with a home loan and discussing my credit utilization percent, Julianne was able to increase my Visa card limit by 200%, which dropped my credit utilization and improved my credit score markedly. I didn't ask her to do this, she simply knew it would improve my credit score and did it for me anyway. That level of service is nonexistent at banks and other credit unions. To say I am pleased and impressed would be an understatement.

  great experience with Sophia in branch... however I have been trying to call the branch for 2 days and no one will pick up the phone.. super frustrating

  All good except when I opened my accounts I asked if macu participated in Zelle and was told that it did. I've come to find out that it does not. While I can transfer to accounts at other banks, it takes up to 2 days & requires account & routing numbers, which is extremely inconvenient. Zelle transfers almost immediately with just the recipient's phone number. Please consider allowing access to Zelle for the benefit of all your customers.

  Today I went into complete a transaction with Adam. all I can say is he's easily worth double of whatever they're paying him. His attention to detail was impeccable, his empathy to my situation was amazing, and he's the best damn bank employee I've ever met. He resolved my issue and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Adam!

  All the staff have been super awesome since I've become a member. Initially,opened an account because of a previous employer and was close to home,but have been 150% satisfied with the Park City Utah Branch.🤟

  This location provides the utmost respect, customer service, and financial products and services. Adam Valdez has been handling my banking needs for both personal and business accounts. Even through email, he will rapidly respond, both in action and response, with whatever I need. I have full confidence in him to handle my most important banking needs, of which he's handled my auto loan, my personal banking and credit, and my business banking and credit. I always appreciate that him, the branch manager, and the tellers remember who I am, and treat me like a person, instead of a number. I always enjoy my trips because they have genuine interest in the lifestyle and livelihood of their members. Other highlights: - Notary Publics make up the majority of their staff - Higher interest rates on savings - even on the basic savings account - Lower rates on loans (only 7% on my credit card, versus 24+% at Chase and Wells Fargo. I have an excellent auto loan too) - Retirement services - you meet with a professional to discuss your options, and they will ensure you understand what they are doing with your money (versus no personal interaction, all online, and no idea what is happening with your money at the close competition) - QUICK! I had 7 savings accounts and a checking account opened in a matter of minutes - close competition took hours last year. These highlights just name a few. In my experience they have blown their competition out of the water in every way. My best friend banks at Chase across the street and told me 'When I have to go to the bank it ruins my day.' Yet a hundred steps to the West and the MACU staff makes a point to go out of their way to make stopping in a highlight of my day. Removed Edit Due to New Banker: Chelsea Wall is my personal banker and she is outstanding: knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, hardworking, and very personable and funny. The entire staff remembers me and treats me like a human being - not a number.
