  So you know how people sometimes say the Chick-fil-A employees are the nicest on earth? I think the MACU folks are the top-of-class Chick-fil-A graduates. I had a mysterious charge from across the pond that I didn't make, and the person that helped me was wonderful. They noticed some patterns on our account and helped make things easier for this struggling little family. Good people still exist!

  I love Mountain America so much! I've gone through 5 different banks and none of them had what MACU has. Jessica Marcum. Jessica is so wonderful and personable. She has helped me so much and made me feel like I had someone in my corner with things like, auto loans, credit cards, and anything else that I've needed. I definitely recommend asking for her!

  Absolutely THE BEST Credit Union I have ever banked with! And I used to work for one in Sacramento! They have gone above and beyond their call of duty and customer service expectations as banking needs!!! I can’t thank them enough for my very own personal experience with them!!!

  Mandi is literally the best. I can email her in the middle of the weekend and if she doesn't answer me before the weekend is even over, then she's answered me before I open my eyes on Monday. She is super helpful and knowledgeable. I love her.

  Jessica was fantastic! I've been a credit member for years and if your looking to start a new account at a credit union. I would highly recommend Mountain America Credit Union. The service was impeccable.

  I was being scammed, and decided to let the teller know what was going on. Although I suspected I was being scammed, she immediately confirmed it, and told me that my same situation had recently happened to another customer. So grateful for her input, because the scammer was really slick!

  I can not begin to tell you how amazing and helpful this credit union is! They literally got me out of debt & changed my life In a matter of hours. I would recommend this credit union to any & everyone!!! They went above and beyond to HELP me. Nothing my previous bank would have done. Thank you mountain America! & especially my girl Lexi! Words cannot express my gratitude. I’ve never posted a review about anything ever! But felt so inclined to do so based on my life altering experience.

  I closed my account with Idaho Central Credit Union due to poor customer service and I have been banking there for a while I read the reviews for Mountain America Credit Union I went to the branch and Garden City and they were extremely nice offered me a water you got my account setup I met with the Boss man he introduced himself and explained everything. I had a hiccup and some stuff wasn't working so I was getting annoyed I had to wait until this morning to get it taken care of. Thinking it would be difficult to my surprise it was a easy fixed and they made sure of it and I just tested there drive thru with a deposit and worked like a charm pretty impressed so far
