  Michelle Guth and her professionals at Diversified Mortgage Group are absolutely hands down the best Mortgage bank in Idaho. I have owned several properties gone through several purchases and refinances and they were an absolute pleasure. The professionalism, attention to detail and customer focus i have found to be unmatched. They take time even after hours to attend to my questions and concerns and their expediency in getting the mortgage and refinancing through on a timeline that i have found to be weeks and even months ahead of their competitors. I highly recommend Michelle and her team to anyone buying a house or refinancing if they want the job done right the first time with the lowest cost and pain often associated with these types of transactions. I wish all companies were like Michelle's.

  They are the best! I have used diversified mortgage for a conventional mortgage and a reverse mortgage and they could not have been better!
