  immigrants are not worthy of credit in your intuition's eyes so neither should our money. as soon as I am able I am movig all my money and banking to a diferent institution that deals with people of color better than you. and there are many, Golden west, Charter and Mountain America to name a few. t may not mean that much to you but I will never conduct bussines there and will make sure no one i know fail to hear why and will discourage anyone from doing bussines with this racist credit union.

  Nichole was terrifying. We went in to switch users on an account and she was loud, abrasive, and condescending the entire time. She refused to help us switch, citing that she needed all 8 people on the account in at once (an impossible feat for the acct holders who are in a graduate school with 2 locations) because she didn't want to do the paperwork twice. From the first words she said to us, she was yelling and rude. Because of our experience with her, the grad school will be closing the account and switching to a new bank.

  This is a great America First. I personally finance with them, and they are GREAT! Low rates, good interest(most of the time)nice employees, nice buildings, etc. It was easy to open a checking account here, and the employees at this specific America First CU did a great job making you feel included, and they were super helpful.

  What a terrific experience. Hunter helped me open an account AND apply to refinance my high interest motorcycle loan with a VERY good rate. I brought what I needed the first time and was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

  I can't lie that as a credit union they are great, really good rates, I got my car with them and nothing to complain, but I have made a huge mistake to open a business bank account with them, and it has been only member for less than a week and I regret deeply. Only headache and nobody interested in helping us. So don't EVER use them as a bank, they are terrible at banking, if you want a bank go with the big guys, I have wells fargo for 6 years now, and yes the fees are high but I have never had any kind of headache with them.

  ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE! I've been working with this bank for over 4 years personally and using them for work for about 2 years now! I come in every morning and always get a warm welcome by almost everyone ! Recommend them highly!

  Nicole Nelson is absolutely stellar! If you need a loan, I would recommend her 100% I just finished up with a car loan and she is the most kind, knowledgeable, real person I have yet to deal with. I could go on and on. Thank you Nicole! ...America First is a good company too...Rates are low :)

  Googlemaps referred me here when I searched groceries near me so, I'm going to be polite and ask the teller where the food is... quite a charming place though, in terms of a credit union. Handy staff, pleasant and courteous.

  I have really enjoyed banking with AFCU for the past 6 years. Staff at every location have been respectful and kind. I approached the manager of this specific branch to inquire if he’d allow me to put up an advertising banner up on the property. He called everyone up the chain of command to sign off on it right then. Previously I had met with many other branch managers at misc. banks/credit unions for the same thing and they wouldn’t give me the time of day saying that the process was too long. It’s obvious to me that AFCU values customer service as a top priority across their organization.

  Every time I need to verify my account to purchase property or wire transfer your system has a problem or some technicality requires me to visit a branch office. Definitely considering other credit unions
