  Mel Frederick was and is the best!!!!! This lady was so patient with my more than anxious (annoying lol) husband. She answered ALL texts and calls! As far as buying a house goes she certainly made it as painless, quick and easy as possible. I am recommending her to everyone I hear talking about buying a house!   Melanie Frederick of Motto Mortgage in Tiffin Ohio was very professional and helpful when I wanted to refinance my mortgage. She gave me options, quickly and accurately answered my questions, and gave me great options to choose from. Melanie was patient and understanding when I was frustrated with the VA. She then arranged a conventional loan under better terms than I would have received with the VA. The process was simple, and the Document Portal was easy to use. Melanie kept informed of any changes, additional information needed, and worked with the mortgage company to get me the mortgage which exceeded my target amount of monthly savings. I was never out-of-the-loop, and there were no surprises. Closing was simple too, and only took a half hour. Ms. Frederick is highly recommended for those who wish to obtain a mortgage or to refinance.

  Melanie was extremely helpful in making reverse mortgages make sense to me. It is something I have considered for a long time but haven’t been able to get a clear understanding of how they work. I would definitely go back to her if I needed more assistance or to consider any other type of loan. Great service!

  If you want to go through the financial process of applying for a loan and it being relatively stress free motto mortgage is the broker for you. The process was smooth and the brokers care about their clients.

  Melanie went above and beyond her duty when I came to my loan. I highly recommend her and this company. We are around a month after closing and Melanie text’s me still to make sure everything is going well. She takes her job very serious and she defiantly is not in it just for the sale.
