  CICELY IS THE BEST! We are first time homebuyers and had no idea what the loan / underwriting process would be like. Frankly it felt archaic and nonsensical.... and through that entire process, I still KNEW that everything would work out because Cicely was friendly, professional, and "on it" every single step of the way. A friend recommended Cicely to us and I now know exactly why. Cicely feels like a close relative in the best way- someone who is always looking out for my best interest, and taking an interest in my goals. I did not feel like just another customer or number for her. With Cicely being our loan person, we were able to close on the house in less than 3 weeks (at the request of the sellers). We even had a snafu on closing date, and Cicely's careful attention and guidance got us through it. We are now first time homeowners and would recommend her through and through.
