  My husband and I worked with Teresa at Motto Mortgage for the purchase of our new home in Berlin. We were referred to Teresa through our realtor. Our entire experience with Teresa and Joe was phenomenal. We had purchased a home in the past and had used a different lender that we were content with but this time around we were extremely impressed. They were very patient, kept everything right on schedule, and they were never more than a phone call away to ease our concerns or questions. We appreciate it very much!

  Margaret was wonderful to work with. She couldn’t have made the process any easier for me. She answered all my questions, walked me through various scenarios and everything was done swiftly and efficiently and on my timeline. She shopped the best rate and helped me drastically reduce my mortgage with a refinance. I would definitely recommend her!

  Teresa is A1 top notch consultant. Always responded to my questions during 4 months before finally finding house…. even on Sundays! Also refinanced a primary mortgage with her as well. Saving nice chunk of change !! Sending my fam and friends to her…. Teresa is the right choice…. friendly professional and trustworthy!

  Damian Jorss was amazing to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, kept me in the loop with all information as soon as anything new came up. I would absolutely recommend Damian and Motto Mortgage to anyone. My real estate agent was so impressed with him, he wants to start recommending Damian as well. Can not thank him enough for going above and beyond my expectations.

  I just recently purchased a home and I cannot say enough about Doug, David and the entire team at Motto. They guided me through the whole process and were quick to respond with all the questions I had. I was well taken care of through the entire transaction.   Motto handled my cash out refi, and I had to deal with multiple people, but Teresa was the best. (The attorney they used was excellent too) Teresa always made me feel like I could call her with any questions. She never left me in the dark about anything and helped me understand the things that were not clear. The lending process can be a marathon, but no matter what I had an issue with, I knew I could call Teresa and get reliable service. Thank you so much Teresa! Keep up the excellent customer service. If you are shopping lenders and reading this review to make a decision, just stop now and call Teresa. Don't waste your time anywhere else. You will thank me later.

  Doug and Joe were absolutely a joy to work with. This is my first house and they made everything very easy and simple to understand, they made themselves available nights/weekends if I had even the most trivial of questions. I highly recommend Motto Mortgage

  I highly recommend Damian Jorss at Motto Mortgage! For any question, big or small, he took the time to ensure we fully understood the entire concept of what was being explained.
