  I am not one to write reviews often, but I read them almost anytime I am about to make a purchase, so I hope this helps someone who may be like me! Terri and her team were phenomenal! Terri saved us thousands of dollars on the purchase of our first home and we could not be more thankful for her and her team! Her professionalism is unmatched, she had answers to every question, (day or night) and the communication was ALWAYS there! As a first time home buyer, this was a nervous experience for us, but she made the process extremely smooth and broke everything down to where it made sense - we can not be more thankful for her. We had a tight time crunch with a deadline to meet, (apartment lease) and she made sure we closed on time - from the day we made an offer to the day we closed was less than 30 days, unheard of!! Save yourself the headache and call Terri yesterday!

  Our mortgage broker (Terri Lebrecht) was fantastic! She was always flexible with us as we went through a grueling time trying to find a home for the past seven months. Her knowledge stems across a wide range of mortgage types and she always insured we were getting the best type of mortgage at the best rates available. The communication was always very prompt which was really important to us. She kept us informed every step of the way. As I am a retired veteran, it impressed me how she paid particular attention our situation and needs. We don't believe we could have add a better broker!

  Purchasing a home is a huge event in anyone's life. The people that you choose to assist you through that process will absolutely influence how smoothly things go. Terri was absolutely the best person I could've ever hoped to have guide me through the process. She was available and patient for all of my questions, explained everything in advance. And when there were bumps in the road on the selling side, she always remained calm and professional and figured our way through it. I appreciate Terri so much for her work, her time spent, and for the reassurances through the process.   Buying your first home is scary but Terri helped us feel so at ease! I would highly recommend Motto Mortgage. They were there to answer questions (and we had a lot 😂) at any time of the day and she followed through all the way to the very end when we closed on our home.

  I couldn't have asked for a better team to purchase my first home than with Terri and Lauren. After no communication with another broker, I decided to call Terri. It was the best decision I made!!!   Today we completed our second purchase of a home with Terri at Moto Mortgage. We were treated as if we were royalty and deserving only the best. All our questions and any concerns were addressed fully and immediately! We are two school teachers setting up our retirement investments so we can enjoy our retirement years. Our “deals” are small, I know, in comparison to what Moto Mortgage often deals with. But we always felt as if we were special and we were treated with respect and honor. If we EVER have another opportunity to work with a mortgage company again, we will definitely search out Terri at Moto Mortgage.

  Excelente service, knowledge, and commitment. Terri was recommended by a colleague of mine after my previous loan was denied, she knocked it out of the park. She even did the walk through with my wife since I wasn’t able to be there. That’s how you take care of people, something business have lost sight of.
