  Purchased a 900.00 ring only to find out all diamonds are cracked and gold behind one stone is missing. After talking to the Regional Manager we returned the next day to speak with Iris. Iris would not come out of the back room. This place is a complete rip off. Now I will move on to corporate. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

  2 of the female workers was not people friendly they were RUDE as hell and don't call they put you on hold and never return to the phone very poor customer skill ability I was put on hold 2xs for 15mins and I finally hung up and I'm a loyal customer so I'm very upset to be treated with such disrespect.

  Poor customer service: When we went in today to get a title loan all they did was look at the pay check and the year of the car and gave us a price they valued the loan on the pay check. We asked why were they offering low price he stated the reason why we are getting the amount they offered is because of their location. I call BS because we went to the one on ayers and I explained to one of the ladies that worked there and she said no it doesn't work that way that they lied to us... So pretty much they are lazy and don't want to do their work!!!!

  Being a customer with First Cash Pawn for over 10 years I was told I could continue an over due pawn for ten dollars on Friday. In desperation to save my watch I aired my dirty laundry to get help and was then held up for a much greater amount as two of my friends went out of their way to help. Thanks to my friends for their efforts and apologies to others for putting you in an uncomfortable position. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST CASH PAWN. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND LIE TO YOU ENCOURAGING YOU TO ACT IN DESPERATION SO THEY CAN MAKE A BUCK. Please share

  This pawnshop is my first to go to they are always nice and fast and will help out when you need it. Albet the manger is aslo a good guy. I recommend this pawnshop.
