  We had the pleasure of completing a refinance on our home with Robert Case in October. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and responsive.   I am very impressed with Chris Sumner and Motto Mortgage Northeast! I’ve worked with Chris at his former company and in fact had an application for a line of credit that was taking months to get through processing when Chris moved to Motto Mortgage. After speaking with Chris and realizing that rates had dropped so low, I decided to refi with Chris/Motto and compare the terms of a refi vs. line of credit. Well, I couldn’t believe that Chris/Motto were able to get me a “clear to close” before the old company could approve HELOC with a 2-month head start and with much better terms! Chris and Motto have a great online system that made submitting documents so easy and Chris is a very experienced loan originator with an outstanding support team. I highly recommend Chris Sumner and Motto Mortgage for any residential mortgage loan.

  It was great working with Chris Sumners to close on my recent refinance. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and kept me in the loop during the entire process. At one point, the rates decreased and Chris called me immediately to let me know. My refinance was through United Wholesale Mortgage, and their customer service team and especially their website has been awesome.
