  Tim Phares was incredibly helpful to me during the process of buying my home. He was able to answer every question no matter how minor and explain the process to me so that I understood. This was especially important to me as a first time home buyer. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, he's also incredibly personable and patient. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to those folks, such as myself, who have no idea what they're doing. I will definitely be going through Tim again when/if I purchase another home.
