Tye Idleman2Ent used to be an amazing credit union. Over the years of them expanding though they have picked up the corporate bank feel. Lots of hidden fees, surprise fees they claim they can't waive, customer service has declined drastically, etc. 5 years ago they would have easily received 5 stars from me, now days I'm shopping around for a better banking option to leave Ent in the past because they just aren't what they used to be at all and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone moving forward.

Mario Saucedo1Absolutely the worst service I have received from any credit union. Left me in a bind. Wasted time. Didn't follow through with any of my needs for the business account. Now I'm stuck last minute trying to deposit checks for my business. Looking into other banking solutions moving forward. I want to give negative stars for leaving me in a bad situation.

Rome kaf41I only had my accounts there for three months. During that time I had fraudulent activity on my account not caused by me. No provisional credit provided while they investigated. No empathy for how frustrating the fraud was. Misinformation from branch and call center employees. The employees don’t understand the privacy policy and then set you up for you to consent to ENT sharing your info. Hint. You have to opt out. But, employees tell you that ENT never shares info under any circumstance. Steer clear of ENT if you value your peace of mind.

Jacob Corry1Absolutely the worst bank ive ever heard of. Do yourself a favor, take your money anywhere else. This place us a joke. They claim you are a member owner, that they have hassel free checking. No fee checking. Every bit lies. What they have is a laundry list of sbsolutely ridiculous "policy" all designed to pull money from you. Oh they says its free checking. But then theres the monthly fee, the you did to many transactions fee, a fee for abput anything. The employees are rude. They are intentionally difficult. Takes hours to try to get even the smallest issues resolved. Employees on phones refuse to provide thier names for you to file a complaint. Wont let you close your account if theres a pending charge. They wont process the charge, they leave it pending for days. They create overdraft situation by leaving charges pending till another charge comes in. So they get to charge that 35 dollar fee. Because you know free banking. They told me to go to thier merchant services people to do payments for my small buisness. Those people charhe your card 3 times a m9nth on random days for various things. No notice, the idiots at ent then csnt do snything about it. Wont stop payments to them, wont have them fix the issues. They tell you to call this joke of a place. Call them and get shuttled through 4 diffrent people as no one is evwr the right dept. Then the call disconnects while on hold. Its a joke. A scam. These people call you a member owner, but what they treat you like is a fool whose money thry are stealing.

Izzet Gunbil1We signed up with ENT few months ago and I can tell you, this is by far the worst banking experience we've had in our 41 years in business. They treat you like a criminal, questioning your deposits, restricting your bank wires (business to business). The banking staff is extremely incompetent, this includes the management. We made a BIG mistake by coming here. Be smart and read the the "negative" reviews all over the internet, you'll be glad you did!

Call wait times have increased by a lot and you will go days and days before receiving a response to any message you send. It is a shame that such a good institution has been driven into the ground like this. Shameful!

Water Lilly1First, Ent credit union claims to be an equal opportunity lender. I find this impossible to believe since during my application process I was asked for the color of my skin. What does the color of my skin have to do with giving me a loan? Furthermore, if the corporate office had any contact information on the internet like an email, instead of only having a mailing address and a phone number that is not answered then this message would have gone there instead of on a review of your company. Very inconvenient! I have plenty more to say about the way I have been treated with my loan process, but I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me first when they read this review before I tell the entire story . I feel that there may be a way to correct the current situation. I will give them until Monday to contact me on my email and then I will finish my review.
