  Kevin Callender assisted my wife and me in obtaining a mortgage for our forever home. Kevin listened when I explained how much of a budget I had to work with for closing costs and down payment, as well as how much of monthly mortgage payment I could afford. Kevin ran my personal information and said that he could make it all work! Kevin is a “rain maker” he followed through with everything he said he could do. When we went to our closing everything was great! And all of the closing numbers were perfect. Kevin’s communications skills are top notch! I sometimes would receive a text messages before 8:00am. My wife and I could not be happier! Not only with our new home. But having Kevin providing us with a mortgage. Ed W

  Kevin was awesome! He is a great loan officer. He went above and beyond to take care of Joe and I. He was always able to talk to us and help us with whatever obstacle was thrown at us . He is a great person and very understanding and helpful. Great personality and a good sense of humor!

  Kevin was the most amazing and very knowledgeable person I had the pleasure working with: Answered all my questions very quickly and gave me step by step answers when I was literally lost on some of the paperwork.   Fast, attentive, and personal. Made a single first time homebuyer process a lot easier. Whenever I had a question or needed help with anything at all, Brian was quick to save the day. Also, I needed to make the process speedy with my rental lease ending and they got it done with time to spare. Great company for a easy home buying experience!
