  This credit union is Amazing!!! They have been by my side during some of the most exciting times in my families life and have ALWAYS informed me of all the options! Super easy to work with and Candy is nothing short of a saint. Very friendly, knowledgable, and points me in the direction that I need to go!!! She's been an angel to work with!!!   After having tons of issues with my e- banking and calling the service which was very little help I went to the branch. Katie was super helpful. She resolved my issue and walked me through the steps to make sure this situation wouldn't happen again. I won't bother with the service call center again. 30min without a resolution or 5 min and all was fixed 💁🏻‍♀️ Thank you Katie!

  They close a 1pm on Saturdays and I got their at 1:01 ran to the door but it was locked... as I was about to walk away the manager let me in! ❤️ Bless their hearts for being so kind to do that on a Saturday! I haven’t been able to pay my rent because I ran out of checks and I’m so thankful they let me take money out. The lovely teller even printed off my routing information so I can order more checks. This credit union has always been so helpful and today they went the extra mile!

  Very prompt and organized customer service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Anjulie is especially efficient in resolving any of my issues within a matter of minutes. Overall experience with Community Choice has been positive, accommodating, and personable with no unexpected fees and no hassles.

  We applied online for a home equity loan, expecting it would involve a lot of time and effort. Eric Kalinski contacted us right away and helped us move quickly through the process. Milford is not his usual location, but he was happy to drive out to meet us to finalize the loan. It was an incredibly simple experience. Thank you!

  CCCU has always been great to deal with. I use the Milford center for most everything and it is always smooth and perfect customer service. Candice Furlong has been helping me for years and is always outstanding, as well as her other co-workers. I would recommend CCCU to anyone, and if local, the Milford location without question!
