  The usually stressful process of finding and buying a house was made muss less stressful with Motto Mortgage, due their professionalism. Motto Mortgage went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours. I can’t recommend the Motto Mortgage team enough!

  Derek and his team were AWESOME! They made my first time home buying experience fanatic. Lots of knowledge was shared and i felt comfortable through the entire experience.   I just did a cash-out refi on my investment (rental) property through Motto. Candace Parsley was my loan officer. She was so friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with! I got a great rate that was 2% lower than what other lenders could offer me, and they got me to the closing table in less than 30 days from start to finish! Her team's service, responsiveness, and professionalism were second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone going forward.
