  We were scheduled to close on our home this We’d Dec. 30, 2020 and received a call that the underwriters haven’t even looked at it yet since Nov 20, 2020. Now we’re in danger of losing the home we so wanted along with the fact we had ordered cable, movers, trucks and I already turned in my 60 day notice not to mention my apartment is packed up. We are seniors with a disabled child and my wife isn’t well this experience has been horrible. What a nightmare

  Do not use this lender! As a result of a very long loan process that was misleading and convoluted we now have to go to small claims court to attempt to get our earnest money returned due to deal falling through. BOE's practices create a unpleasant experience for all involved.

  I’m a Realtor and live here in Dublin. I recently competed a deal where they were the buyer’s lender, and I represented the seller. I would not recommend using them for any purchase or refinance. They were misleading at the beginning of my deal (likely just to get it into contract) and their underwriting process was as slow as I’ve ever seen. The stakes are too high for each side to use unprofessional and incompetent people like this office.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience in this bank, I definitely recommend getting a loan here. They are very fast in closing compared to other banks.
