  As a first time home buyer, I had many concerns as I was shopping around for mortgages. Not only did they made the process extremely easy but it was painless and virtual for every step of the way, minus closing. Marc and Cheryl made me feel like I was family and they took care of me every step of the way answering questions and providing me with additional homeowner information.   Marc and Cheryl are the absolute best mortgage brokers I have ever worked with. I feel they went above and beyond for my husband and me. They helped us over hurdles with government shutdown, troublesome buyers for the house we were selling and issues with our appraiser. Marc even went to the new house to take measurements to help the appraiser along. You just don't find that kind of service anymore. They handled everything professionally. I could not say enough nice things about those two! They will have our business always!!

  Marc and Cheryl are amazing! Marc is so knowledgeable in the industry and will tell you what other people won't about buying a house and have many connects. He and his wife were so pleasant every time I had a question about anything even if they told me about it before. They did not get upset and made me feel at ease with how they answered my questions. Great rates as well and tips on what to do when buying a house that other brokers will not want you to know. Marc has also presented on C-SPAN on making sure people do not misinform buyers. They have been the best experience I have ever had when buying a home.

  My wife and I purchased our home last year. We met with Mark and Cheryl and were given options for our financing. Being a Vet, a V.A. loan worked best. I was having some issues getting paperwork from my former branch, to get the deal finalized. Paperwork which should have been in my file. Mark, and Cheryl, went above and beyond to help me get my proper paperwork to get the deal done. They they helped us work out our best options for financing. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about thier customers. I highly recommend anyone to go and meet with them.

  Marc and Cheryl were so professional and so helpful in getting my loan approved in a timely manner. I am grateful that they made this a pleasant experience and as a Veteran i appreciated their extra effort in helping me obtain all documents required to get a VA Loan.   Cheryl and Marc treat you like their family members. They are quick and efficient. They keep you posted as to what documentation you need to ensure that your loan process flows smoothly. Their emails are direct and detailed as to what is expected from you,the buyer. I was never left wondering what was going on or confused about what step of the loan process we were in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company. This was my first time buying a home and remarkably it was quite painless!! Many thanks to Cheryl for answering my bazillion questions, her patience and knowledge is first rate.

  I'm a Disabled Veteran, and wasn't sure what to do to get my VA home loan, but Marc, at the Mortgage Center came to the rescue. He got things squared away for me.   After going through some terrible personal stuff, Cheryl and Marc worked fast and professionally to save my house! I can't thank you guys enough, for everything you did. I'd recommend them to anyone. Also, they apparently don't stop working when they get home either, they worked with me on the weekends and in the evenings.
