  I have been a realtor for many years and over the course of my career I have advised customers of loan officer options. You become acutely aware of who will work with you and your customers because they truly care, and those who just press buttons and hope for the best. I can personally attest that any one of my customers that have used Integrity Home Mortgage have walked away with extreme gratitude for the unwavering support they have received from the Byron Reed team. Top notch? Yes. Proficient? Of course! There's a synergy the team has that makes for a wonderful transaction time and time again. There's the business end, and the personal touch side of the way they process your file. You're more than a name and a number, you become a friend and I would hope, a loyalist to their company. The entire team just exudes awesomeness! Out of all the companies out there that work on home loans and refinances -- bar none - the Byron Reed team is the best.

  If I could give them 10 stars I would. Byron and his team helped me with purchasing my first home and I could not be happier with the experience. I primarily worked with Cody and Emily who are AMAZING. Super responsive and answered all my ridiculous questions. I would email at 10pm and have a response either via email or phone call by 9am the next day. Cody called me every couple days to update me on the progress and where we stood in the process. Emily helped me look at my finances and show different options to determine the best and most comfortable price range for my home. My real-estate agent as well as closing attorney even commented on how efficient the team is, she is going to recommend his company to new clients moving forward. Buying a home in todays market is super stressful. I am so lucky to have chosen Byron's team as they made that aspect of the home buying experience super simple.

  Byron Team has helped me with two home loans and a refinance. One of the best lenders I have dealt with. They answered all my questions during and after normal business hours (even on weekends). Byron will treat you like family and put any worries you have at ease. I recommend them too everyone I know.

  If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I was recommended to the Byron Reed Team by a friend and I am so glad I was. From the start of my loan application with Emily, through the loan process with Alysse and the closing with Byron I have been amazed at their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations. I bought my first house in the middle of a pandemic (crazy right?) I had SO many questions! They never made me feel like I was a burden. They were fast at answering the 1,000 questions I had. The patience and expertise they have is untouchable. I would suggest them to all my family and friends, by far the BEST customer service experience I have ever had.

  TEAM Quintez all the way! I reached out to Quintez after I was referred to him because I wanted to get ready to buy a home in about 6 months. During that time Quintez was informative about the home buying process and he answered all of my questions/concerns. I was advised on what I needed to take care of, to ensure I was ready when the time came. The whole process was seamless and the team was accommodating, even when I needed to change my loan type at the last minute! Mike Cordell was also extremely helpful during times when Quintez would be tied up. 10 months later I can still pick up the phone or text/email Quintez and he still assists with miscellaneous questions I may have. During my process I referred Quintez to a friend of mine and she actually closed a month before me! I highly recommend!

  Absolutely awesome team! Everyone we worked with was helpful, patient, and understanding (as we had a lot of questions being first time home buyers). Would recommend to everyone! The only thing I don't get is once we closed and moved in, we got a letter that our loan was sold. However the letter ensured it was common practice and our payment would not change, which is fine! But, the entire reason we went with team Reed was much of a pleasure it was to work with them. I just wish we still could.

  We had an awesome experience with Integrity Home Mortgage. Quintez was our man and he did a great job keeping us informed. We had our home built and when we had questions, he was quick to answer. The only thing was once we closed, we were already passed on to another mortgage company. I wished we had stayed with them, but oh well, that's how it's done.

  Requested pre-approval and was advised it would be soft hit. Lender, without telling me, then went ahead and ran my credit making me lose a total of 12 points off my credit! The worst thing is that since I contacted Integrity, which has been over 3 months ago, they have never contacted me whatsoever and now, not only that the interest rates have gone up but, the base price of the home I was interested in is now $40,000 higher!!! Thank you so much Integrity to do a terrible job.
