  I already referred a couple of friends to Ben and happy to pass on the recommendation to everyone else! Whether you're purchasing or refinancing, Ben will work with you to find the best loan that makes sense to you and the best rate. If you do not fit nicely in a box of one-W2-one-bank-account-one401K-account, Ben will explain what documents you need, what options you have, and close the loan in a very timely manner. If you are refinancing a house you've owned for a while, Ben will find a creative way to get you a deal (e.g. you can refi to a 25 year mortgage - get a better rate and don't extend the life of the mortgage) Imho, all this is only possible with someone who knows the business inside and out, which Ben absolutely does.

  We have been working with Ben for over 5 years now. He has always closed on our loan whether for purchase or refinance in just a couple of weeks. The initial and final closing disclosures were always consistent and he explains the breakdown in a way it is easy to understand for us. Ben and Daiva saw through the process step by step and made sure that I had a peace of mind while my refinance/loan was being processed on time.
