  We bought our first home in 2016, and being first time buyers we were pretty daunted by the process. Archwood Mortgage, and specifically Mr. Roland Varblow, were a phenomenal help. He and his team simplified the entire process for us, walked us through all the steps, clearly explained all of the forms, and were always available to answer any questions that we had. The staff was polite, prompt, responsive, and helpful. We received a great rate and were very happy with the outcome. Most impressively, Mr. Barlow personally assisted when we hit a snag with the seller. The home was appraised for slightly less than the asking price, and the seller disputed the appraisal. Roland worked with the appraiser and the seller's representatives, advocating on our behalf to reach a resolution so that closing would not be delayed. Overall, we could not have been happier with Archwood mortgage and the service that was provided.
