This company and the employees are awesome. Especially J.D. Peck he will tell you like it is. If it’s not a good time to do a few things he will give you great advice and what to do possibly next. Great guy at what he does. His advice helped me out a year ago or more when I first thought about a refi. He told me it wasn’t a good time yet to do that. And helped me out when this year it went so low. I really do appreciate their help and the employees during this weird year we’ve had. Thank you to all that helped my family with this. Great job guys.

David Z. and Marc were an awesome team to work with. David was very communicative, and on it, to ensure our loan closed on time. Would highly recommend Mortgage Solutions in the future! High five guys!

We are first time home buyers, and were fully prepared to struggle and stress through the whole process. Especially since we are buying from out of state! But our team through Mortgage Solutions was so helpful and understanding, it really helped make things go smoother! Definitely recommend!

      Response from the owner

Thanks you for your feedback, Karli! We appreciate your kindness so much. We are happy that you could make your home ownership dream a reality, and hope to work with you again!

J.D. showed nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL work. J.D. & his entire team are amazing! We were in an unfortunate situation due to funding issues with a company that was affected by the COVID Pandemic-we thought we were going to loose our dream home- due to issues out of our control- J.D. & his team showed up & saved the day! From the time we found Mortgage Solutions to our closing day was a total of 8 DAYS!! 🙌🏽 The entire team worked tirelessly, day in and day out to get us closed. We are now in our ABSOLUTE dream home! We could not be more grateful for J.D. & Mortgage Solutions. My wife has very high expectations & J.D. succeeded them! Lol. If we ever move again, we will definitely return to Mortgage Solutions! Thank you for everything!

My wife and I have purchased 2 homes in the last 5 years using Marc Guile and his team. Both times we were treated professionally and with respect. Everything went on time, and it is great to feel like I can call on them if I have a question. They always take the time to listen and give me an honest answer. I often recommend Marc and his team, they have the knowledge and experience to get the loan done.

      Response from the owner

Hi Fred! Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad that Marc Guile and the MSF North Union team were able to assist you with your home loan. Stay in touch!

AWESOME company, the whole process began as early as a vacant lot and finished all the way to my closing date. As a RET Vet and using a VA loan, the mortgage company paid my outstanding school balance of over $18K to ensure that I would be able to close and move in.

Near the end of July 2020 I applied for a VA Home loan with this lender. I promptly received a PRE-APPROVAL letter and entered an offer $20,000 less than my Pre-approval. Earnest monies deposited and away we go into ESCROW with a closing date before the 17th of September, 2020. Inspection turned up one small issue and the price was negotiated down 8k and owner had repair completed. This required us to mutually move our closing date to September 29th. Appraisal was paid, ordered, and completed in a decent timeframe at which time we where informed of an additional report that was required. I promptly contacted the inspector and paid the $150 for his revisit and the WDO report. Underwriting began and this was the nightmare began.... THREE SEVERELY WRONG CLOSING DISCLOSURES. Had me bringing ng over $8000.00 to close... (VA HOME LOAN) Even though I alerted the loan officer about how wrong they where, I was told each time to sign them to, "Keep the ball rolling." They missed closing date and notified everyone the 28th that there where not going to be closing documents until at least two more weeks. So we move closing out to 10/19/2020 with a HARD NO MORE EXTENSIONS. I return every document that they asked for very promptly normally within an hour but always same day. I finally had all the papers and documents to them verified by the processor after being "UP FOR CTC REVIEW" for the third time. underwriting sends back a request to verify my student loans are deferred and that my child support is current all of which is reflected on my Credit monitoring and Credit report as well as the evidence I had sent them from Sallie Mae, and the Washington state child support division... OH FOR GOODNESS SAKE ITS COVID-19 EVERY DAMN STUDENT LOAN IN THIS COUNTRY IS DEFERRED RIGHT NOW! This was requested on Monday 10/12/2020. Read the following from the seller's Realtor. Sent 10/8/2020 @ 8:21pm We have 10 days to get this transaction closed and recorded. This is honestly the worst transaction management that I have ever seen by a lender. Jen and I have multiple deals going on and have almost no issues with those lenders yet this one we have issue after issue. If you had the client at $0 cash to close and the rate lock expiration changed that, shouldn't you be talking to your client (the buyer) to make sure that they have the funds to close? If they don't, shouldn't it be your responsibility to look into other options and problem solve? Why would you just assume and carry on? It would be one thing if this was the first issue on this transaction, but it isn't. We are now 90 days into this transaction and it's still not right. I represent the seller and I can tell you that they will NOT be granting anymore extensions- not even for a single day. I know that doesn't mean much to a lender- but please keep in mind as to how you do your job and how it affects everyone else. The seller's proceeds are now 30 days plus late which has repercussions for them. The buyer has had to sort out other living arrangements at the 11th hour TWICE now and honestly the seller, the buyer AND BOTH AGENTS do NOT feel confident in the lender's ability to get this transaction closed. I don't mean to be rude, but at some point enough is enough. Please place this file on priority, please double check everything, please communicate daily with the buyer and agents. I know you are busy, but we all are and we are failing everyone involved right now. VETERANS! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN AWAY! Deal directly with USAA, Navy Federal, or the Mob. You will have a much better experience. I HAVE NO HOME TO BUY AND AFTER ALL THAT I WILL HAVE TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT REALTORS NEXT TIME HOPING MY NAME ISN'T MENTIONED.

I am not working directly with Mortgage Solutions, however I am working through a broker who goes through them for financing and my experience thus far has not been the best. I was supposed to close on the 27th of April however they were still reviewing my file . I then received an email to sign making my close date on 15th of May and here we are on the 14th and I still have not received closing documents. It's very upsetting because I can't directly speak with anyone because I am going through a broker and his acts as if he can't speak to anyone directly he has to wait for a response which seems to take 2weeks. I appreciate this company for the approval but they seem unorganized. I'm very disappointed because the owner may potentially go to the next offer simply because we set a closing date and the company has not met the deadline. My only advice for this company would be for them to create a better way for the broker to speak with someone. They shouldn't have to wait a week to hear a response from an underwriter

      Response from the owner

Hi Monica, thank you for providing us with this feedback. We want to do whatever we can for you and your husband in this case. We are following up with our broker partner and our team to figure out what is happening with your file. We are currently ahead of all our closing turn times and this situation appears to be unusual. Someone from higher management will be in touch with you and your husband, as well as our broker partner. Thank you!

This is my second experience with JD at mortgage solutions. Straight to the point and very knowledgeable. We first bought our home back in July of 2016 and we just did a refi. JD was able to get an amazing APR. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is using a VA loan.

      Response from the owner

Hi Joel, thank you for your review! We always feel blessed when our clients come back to us for their loans. We are very happy that your refinancing has gone well and we were able to help you out yet again. We will forward your feedback onto JD!
