  Raul Zaragoza was amazing to work with, he helped me through some very challenging situations to enable me to achieve my goals financially. The process for a mortgage loan can be very stressful and difficult today, he made this not only a wonderful experience, he uses his job to truly help people accomplish their goals and make sound financial decisions. He is so much more than a loan officer, he became a financial coach and cheerleader for my goals.

  Raul and Norman are magicians! The home buying process was made so simple while working with these guys.   One of the worst experiences of my entire life! Do not recommend going with local 'Mortgage Solutions Financial' at all. Raul Z. and his Staff have about Zero "bed side" manner when it comes to sensitive financial matters, and they could learn a thing or two about the simple acts of communicating please and thank you more often. Since I did our V.A. loan mortgage on our first house out West, I let my Wife deal with the home acquisition process this time, little did I know she'd be "put through the ringer" and treated like she was brand new to the mortgage securing process. The Ocean Springs office treated her like she was a Child and pestered her almost daily for the entire over 30 day ordeal (my help was given to meet their incessant demands). I realize they are giving us a Mortgage, although they should learn how to better treat Customers. Maybe 'Mortgage Solutions Financial' should stick to Colorado where people can adhere to deadlines and tend to be more Professional. Understood the V.A. Underwriters are probably very meticulous financial people - although they seemed to "steam roll" Raul's delicate demeanor - he should be experienced with dealing with V.A. home loans. Eventually, they gave a "clear to close" indication and we thought we could take a "sigh of relief," however, they still tried to "be on a mission" to find a reason to deny us on the Mortgage. I figured to first meet Raul at Closing, but he was not there and didn't even 'Zoom' in to this important event in our lives. Furthermore, he gave the Attorney's office the documents required to close very "last minute." We literally did not even know how much money we needed to bring to the Attorney's office, until my Wife 'bird dogged' Mr. Z. to give us a figure. Sure, maybe he was busy with other Clients, but when a couple is about to close on a house - they should become #1 Priority for that time frame. It took our Realtor to "light a fire" and get some important responses from the O.S. office. They are either incompetent, lack experience, or are highly disorganized/not working in a smart way - is perhaps what any reasonable person reacts to the "goat rope" we've been put through. The only good thing I can think of is he recommended some local Homeowner type Insurance providers.

  This was my first time to purchase a home. Mortgage Solutions and their staff were a great help to me, they were patient to explain everything and helped me through every step. Raul and Karen helped me through the process which made it easier for me, I want to Thank You both again!

  Raul and Norman were extremely disorganized. We would send them documents and days or weeks later they would ask for them again. They overlooked a critical document for our closing for better than a week and then lied to me and told me that our realtor never sent it to them. I personally saw the email where it was sent to them. We didn't know what our down payment was until hours before closing. Our closing was delayed multiple times because of their incompetence. With all of these issues I have listed I wasn't the person working directly with them. My wife work hand in glove with them. She had more issues than I even know about. I would absolutely not recommend working with them.

  They did an amazing job! They really helped me out a lot and Karen worked so hard to help get my paperwork done! I would recommend them to any military member and I am very pleased!
