  Terrible customer service although they supposedly pride themselves on taking care of veterans and active service members. Of course as a homebuyer we were shopping for the best mortgage option, and once Mortgage Solutions was informed that we were no longer interested in continuing with them, they tried to pull out all the stops in keeping our business. In doing so, all they could do was match the competitors offer and boast about how much that they would have to sacrifice as a company in order to do that for my wife and I, not to mention the terms they offered weren't any better. We tried to kindly decline aside from their Regional VP's forceful tactics at which point made working with them even worse of an experience. Our only request was that the appraisal file be transferred to the company we had chose to move forward with, and they sat on their hands for about two weeks which has caused us to miss our closing date. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK WITH THEM, they have made the home buying process a lot more stressful than it already is. They only care to have another person/family to put money in their pockets as opposed to providing a less stressful experience in funding your home purchase.

  I worked with Mrs. Karen Williams jones and her team and they were absolutely fantastic. I received updates every step of the way and all my questions were answered as soon as I asked. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company
