  Frank Villagrana was a pleasure to work with. He was a true professional every step of the way and went the extra mile to ensure our experience was seamless, enjoyable, quick and straightforward. Everything was ready for our closing well in advance of the closing date and he even made himself available in person the day of our closing should any additional questions come up. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for a home and will most certainly be leveraging his assistance if my wife and I were to be looking for another house in the future.

  The chapel hills branch and more specifically the manager delivered unparalleled customer service. They helped me realize a dream I thought would never come true. I bought my first property with there hard work and dedication to clients. The customer service was on point and they were the tip of the spear throughout the whole process! I have and will continue to recommend this Branch and team to all my family friends and fellow veterans. Vincent is one of the best people I have met in my life and I’m happy he broke everything down for me and made the process amazing. This place because of him his leadership with his employees made me always feel welcome. As a veteran I e tried to use other “vet friendly” places they made it so difficult and I could never reach anyone. Mortgage Solutions made everything simple and really listened. Thank you all!

  This was my first home buying experience, and to say that it was a bit overwhelming would be an understatement. Barkley was recommended to me by a family friend, and I'm so glad he was. Barkley communicated with me through every step of the process, explaining which documents meant what and answering my MANY questions. Because he had previously worked with my real estate agent, they had already forged a relationship, which only helped to ensure a smoother transaction. Barkley worked tirelessly to ensure that we could get the best (lowest) rates possible, thus allowing us to be able to purchase the home of our dreams. I truly believe he went above and beyond his job duties in order to ensure that we got what we never dreamed possible; a home to call our very own. He was 100 percent correct. Barkley exceeded my expectations. He was flexible and responsive to my wife and my specific requirements and financial needs.   Mortgage Solutions took the time to work with me and my wife and helped us get into a home. My wife and i work in the medical field and carry student loan debt, and had a high debt to income ratio Mortgage solution understood helped us get financed and helped us navigate a overwhelming process of buying a home They were always diligent honest and caring They are there as support and treat you as a human being which was refreshing. I highly recommend them and Vince Riley.

  most dishonest company I've ever worked with. Not only did they never answered my authorized 3rd party about any questions but also I submitted about 9 packets to mitigations only to say they never recieved any! Every single time I talked to someone after being on hold for hours I had to explain everything every single time because the previous agent never annotated anything. Now I try to sell outright but since they changed lenders now my payoff went up with 3 days before closing. Now we're up for a foreclosure and the other family is packed up and without somewhere to stay! Leanna also didn't let us refinance when we had the chance to. Thanks that would had really helped! but for her to say she was away at another state when we saw her in the same place we were is absolutely insane! She never responded to us or called back! As a military member this is a shark of a company! Stay away military personnel!

  Poor experience with this company. The guy I worked with was nice enough, but seemed lost and had trouble answering questions and would often get me mixed up with other customers. He actually called me and asked me about the bankruptcy on my record. I dont have a bankruptcy. He nearly gave me a heart attack. He then picked the worst title company in the area to work without discussing it with me. There was delay after delay and the closing on a refi took nearly 3 months. When asked or hurried he would tell me "everyone is so busy" or he would blame the underwriters or the title company. I never felt like I was important to him. I wont use this lender again i the future.

  Highly recommend this company. Their branch manager, Vince, provided exceptional and incomparable service throughout the entire process, and I’ve been recommending him to everyone I know! We had such a complex situation, and he made sure to work through it all and got us our dream home. We are forever grateful!!!

  I am a very hard person to deal with and have incredibly high standards that most cant deal with. I got a mortgage with mortgage Solutions and Vincent Riley helped me and made the process very amazing and helped me every step and turn. I appreciate the honesty and respect I was given.
