      Just giving a shout out the the wonderful employee that helped me today. Her name is Camryn, i hope I spelled it right. Ya'll need to keep her, and please let her know she's appreciated. I had a very bad experience at the branch near my home and just happened to be in this area and stopped in. She literally made my day and seriously changed my mind about finding another banking institution. From now on, when I need to visit the lobby, I'll be visiting her!

      I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. My more recent experiences have improved greatly. This branch is making progress in their efforts to provide good customer service.

      Today when I pulled up to access my safe deposit box I started to panic. They were going through a remodel and I needed copies of documents for my daughters college applications. I tried calling the branch and continued to get disconnected (yau for remodeling). I called my "normal branch" who quickly called the Chapel Hills branch manager. They went above and beyond to give me access to my safe deposit box and gave great service in the process. This panicking mama of 5 is now calm and collected ready to help her oldest completely scholarship applications on time. Thank you!

      This is the worst bank and bank location. The ATM ate my debit card and refused to give it back. Also the money I deposited and have a valid receipt for, has just disappeared. And of course the 1-800 customer care number can’t help take care of you at all. I do not recommend this location at all!

      Elysia at this branch is so helpful ,supportive and understanding she definitely cared about my account and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of great bank and bank teller.

      Been here a number of times. Friendly service but SLOW. Most times I have went there they have 1 worker working 2 lanes. Last time I was there I had a 22 minute (drive thru)wait to deposit a check. Today I came there got in line at 11:37 with one car ahead of me that was already being helped. 12 mins that person was still not moving. I figured I would try my chances inside, went inside waited a few minutes and got helped that original car ahead me was just leaving. I looked inside they had 3 people total working 3 lanes (commercial + 2 "regular" lanes) plus the inside counters as well. This is a Friday right around noon. I don't know who their branch manager is but they need some help with staffing. Looking at the reviews US Bank should consider stepping in as this has been the case for a year now? No one likes to take nearly half their lunch break to do a deposit.

      Every time I go to this bank the wait is ridiculously long!! Even if your the first person in line! Most of the tellers are nice however there are some who are just rude like Tatiana!

      This branch has rude employees and the worst wait times. 4:00 on Friday the 1st and they have 1 teller working? I hate coming to this branch. 7 people in line and more in the drive through. Do yourself a favor and go to the branch off Lexington and Woodmen

      Carie Hartman at US bank is a small business specialist at the Briargate branch office and let me just say she is the nicest banker you will ever meet and on top of that she makes banking extremely easy! Anyone that needs first class banking needs to call Carrie today!
