  My wife and I are both educators and were reffered to Mark and Kathy through a colleague. As a high school math teacher, numbers, interest rates and saving money all make sense to me however my wife and I had never refinanced and had minimal knowledge about the process and logistics. No fear, Mark and Kathy's expertise clearly laid out our options and were transparent in the process. They answered all of our questions, even if we asked them several times and assured us that everything would work out when our anxiety surfaced during our meetings. Not to mention that they accommodated our busy schedule and were both very pleasant to deal with. They give you the sense that they have know you and your family for a while and are looking out for your best interest.   I worked with Kathy and Mark on finding a reasonable mortgage as a first time home buyer. They made the process very, very easy on me, which was so great because I have a very time-intensive job. Moreover, when I had questions about anything, they were more than happy to walk me through the process and explain step-by-step everything I needed to know as to how things worked or what things meant in the lending industry. And, even when I had a couple snafus with the seller, Kathy and Mark helped me through them!   Mark and Kathy are such nice people and they made everything so easy for my wife and I. Then ran all the scenarios and numbers for us to get us the best possible refinance and even helped me out after my refi had closed.   My wife and I have used Mark and Kathy Foster numerous times over the last 15 years for financing on several properties. We have done first mortgages, and numerous refinancing typically to shorter terms and several instances of just no cost, no fee refi's at lower rates. We have found Mark and Kathy to be extremely professional, responsible, prompt and most importantly to us, extremely efficient. For the most recent refi closed a few days ago, I would estimate I spent no more than a total of one hour of time trading emails, scanning/sending documents, signing and sending mortgage disclosure doc's prior to final signing of documents which Mark comes to our house for. I highly recommend giving them a call to learn how they may be able to help you.
