  Albert is amazing in all aspects. He is quick, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. Whenever we needed him, he was always quick to respond, usually within minutes or hours, and he always had the best solution for our problems. He made sure the loan process was as quick as possible and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions made, each step of the way.   I was referred by my realtor agent to Albert. My first impression of Albert is that he keeps it real. Very knowledgeable about everything, able to articulate information so precise and clear. With my situation of having to sell a house and buy a house which I had no clue on how I would tackle this, Albert was able to come up with scenario, plans and gave me an excellent informed decision. I had some issues with some of my supporting documents and he was able to steer and guide my loan approval flawlessly, as complicated my situation was, Albert was able to get it done and when escrow got closer, it was a done deal and his attention to detail ensured nothing went wrong during closure. Extremely through and give you clear and direct step by step explanations and guidance that made qualifying for a home loan easier than I ever expected.   Albert is the best there is. After being turned away from other lenders in 2016 and thinking we would be unable to buy a home, Albert gave us the advice needed to quickly remedy our credit. After following his suggestions we were on our way to approval and purchased our first home. Now in 2021, Albert helped us refinance the home he originally helped us purchase to make some major remodels. He is friendly, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and painstakingly patient with his clients. Rest assured you are in good hands with Albert who truly cares for his clients' needs.   Albert was very helpful and accommodating in the whole home buying process. As we are first time homebuyers, shopping for a loan was made easier by his thorough explanation of all the expected fees and various loan options as well as all the steps involved in the loan process. My husband and I were never at a loss since we can always reach out to him via email or cellphone even for simple questions. He was always prompt to respond to any questions or clarifications we have on the loan documents and assisted us from the start till escrow closed. All in all, Albert made our home buying process less stressful with his assistance and guidance.
