  Received my closing disclosure just 3 HOURS BEFORE closing and numbers were wrong. As soon as we expressed something about the numbers were not the ones that we previously agreed (agreed on a meeting personally). Alfonso said "You guys are not my problem anymore, do what you guys want, Im going on vacations" and we had to finish the process with another lady much better than the mediocre Alfonso.

  We cannot say enough good things about Alfonso. He was wonderful and responsive and very professional throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I am extremely grateful for all the support Alfonso gave to make buying our first home feel so seamless.The closing process was super fast and efficient (we closed in 20 days) mainly because of how good he is with his work. Could not recommend him enough! We will be using his services in future refinances and purchases.

  I had the most wonderful experience with this company. To become a first time homeowner in record time in the middle of a pandemic says a lot about their experience. They explained everything to detail before we signed anything. Were absolutely professional and courteous. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted no matter the time Alfonso Diaz was always there to help. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends who are trying to buy, this company is the best choice.

  I am so lucky to have had Alfonso. He helped me throughout my first home purchase. He had a way of conveying his extensive knowledge to me feeling comfortable since the beginning of the process.   This company is one of the most unscrupulous organizations I've ever had the unfortunate luck in encountering. While I never had any direct dealings with them myself and my realtor did have to deal with them. They would not return calls. They would not file paperwork on time or correctly. Their pre-approval process is a lie. Literally nothing about this company was acceptable. Good luck!

  It was my first time buying a house and the process couldn’t have been smoother and easy. Mr Alfonso was very very helpful, willing to answer any question I had, and explaining the process step by step from start to end. I’m really happy enjoying my very first own home. Highly recommend Mortgage One Solutions, specially Alfonso my loan officer. Ruben Gomez my real estate agent was also very helpful, and he did a great team work along with Alfonso.

  In all my years of real estate transactions I've never seen a more incompetent and unprofessional lender. Practically the same experience as Ruben, another reviewer, where we gave the buyer numerous extensions because of this lender. I don't understand how they're still in business given the complete lack of communication and incompetence. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong with this lender. First they were late to get an appraisal, first extension, then they requested well/septic inspections, another extension, then they needed to request IRS transcripts for the buyer, another extension, then they still didn't have their act together for final closing, another extension. How is it they didn't know they needed all of this in the beginning? There were 2 other extensions I'm leaving out because they had to do with the buyers credit and finances, but they're pre-approval process should have caught all of those red flags in the beginning. All in all a 30 day closing took almost 70 days! Even at closing the lender screwed up the sales price causing a huge headache where the settlement company had to redo the numbers at the last minute! It's almost as if they were learning how to provide a lending service as they were going along, because they were so disorganized. I highly recommend you use a more professional lender and stay away from Mortgage One Solutions. It's a miracle they're still in business.
