  Recently my husband and I purchased a property from my parents. There were several factors that made our situation unique (and somewhat complex). We were a little overwhelmed with knowing where to start/which mortgage route to take. We are so thankful we were directed to Kevin Down's and his team. Their knowledge and guidance were invaluable.   Michael was recommended by my real estate agent. She recommends him because of his open lines of communication and fast response times. This really showed when he was helping with my loan process. We got to settlement and something happened with a document, him and the title company worked behind the scenes to make sure everything worked out and we were able to settle without any hiccups.   Mike Ciresi is extremely good at his job! He’s very easy to talk to, returns calls/emails/texts in a timely manner even when he’s super busy, answers all questions and explains every single detail. My fiancé and I just purchased our first home on 10/13/20 and Mike made the process as stress free as possible! When Mike says “if you have any questions or need anything let me know” he means it. He’s loyal and very dedicated to his clients. Thank you so much Mike for being apart of this journey with us. We couldn’t be happier 😁

  Mortgage Network, Kevin Downs, not only delivered what he said he would, but he was professional, honest and never misled us once throughout the entire process of refinancing. He didn't mince words - you know - like those who would tell you what you want to hear just to get your business? He was right on it, walked us through what came first what was to happen next and what we needed to do to finish the process and get the job done. We loved that! We never had to second guess. What he said is what he did and we would absolutely without one doubt recommend Mortgage Network, Kevin Downs a hundred times over!

  My husband and I just worked with Mortgage Network for financing for our first home and we could not have been more pleased! We have heard horror stories and total confusion from multiple friends regarding the home buying process, but Kevin, Jacob, and the rest of the Mortgage Network team that we worked with could not have been better. If they weren't able to talk a call immediately they would either call or email us back (during the day AND evening!). Most importantly they were so patient and helpful along the way. I highly recommend them and I am so glad our realtor recommended them!
