  This was by far the worst experience and I have purchased multiple houses. My experience was so poor that I felt obligated to write this review. How can a financial institution be this unprofessional that's beyond me. I didn't care for branch manager's snarky comments such as "stick to cash purchases" & "We have to finalize 100 more mortgages before yours". My mortgage didn't get approved till the day before my closing date. Most of my calls and emails were ignored. I wasn't given the exact number I would need for closing.

  My husband and I just recently purchased our first home. Sue was the second lender we went through as our first lender continued to make us feel like a number and the bottom of his list. We felt through the process with Sue, she was with us every step of the way and went beyond her requirements of a lender. We felt that she and her team literally moved mountains to get us into our dream house. We will be forever grateful to her and our realtor to putting us in our forever home.   Sue is a great mortgage person. She is very knowledgeable and explains the whole process and it makes it very easy even if your a first time buyer and have no idea what to expect. Will be and already have recommended her to friends and family.
