Andrew Allen5Shawn Kelly and his staff with RMS were awesome. I purchased a home with them in March of this year. Mr.Kelly could not have made the home buying process any easier. They went above and beyond my expectations even in the midst of the pandemic. The RMS app was fantastic and simplified everything step by step. I was recommended by a close friend, and I am happy to recommend Shawn and his staff to anybody in the market for a home. Sorry for the late review! I’ve been working way to much!

Alejandro Cora III1RMS, specifically Diane Leib was a terrible experience to work with. When working with her she was almost impossible to reach, she made my wife and I feel like we were bothering her. She shared our personal financial information with 2 realtors that we were not working with, one was a friend of hers that we were potentially buying a house from. She also only approved us for 1/5th of what we were actually approved as we closed on a house 47 days after working with her through a different mortgage company. The total experience seemed potentially discriminatory. I would not recommend RMS or Diane to anyone. Terrible experience!

Tom and the RMS team did a great job of communicating clearly what they needed to expedite the buying process. Their company app was a great resource as well, i highly recommend downloading it. Whenever my wife and i are ready to move, we're definitely going to use RMS and hopefully have Tom Lutz again!.

Even in the middle of the pandemic Tom made the process easier then I expected and translated the underwriters needs into plain and simple English. I suggest any business owner deal with Tom!

Erica Werntz1Initially we inquired if closing costs could be rolled into the mortgage and received confirmation that this was possible through the website. Upon further review and a $1000 commitment we realized this was not possible, which began the confusion. We worked with Diane and designed a reasonable plan but the communication was rushed, confusing, and intimidating. The underwriting began with no updates until after 3 weeks when we received the early closing disclosure which made us feel like we were on the right track. 3 days before closing there was an urgency for additional employment documentation that needed our immediate response. We tried our best to provide the information that was requested and constantly asked for reassurance but only was provided silence until hours later when it was convenient. We were given 1 hour time limits to submit specific documents but the recipient failed to give us acknowledgement until the next day despite the anxiety ridden time frame. Although we received our early CD previously, we were emailed the official CD 15 minutes before closing and no representative from RMS present. As soon as we acquired the official CD we went to the bank and left with our cashier’s check to soon find out that figure was short by $400. As the seller sat across from us crying from the loss of her husband and home for over 40 years she also left that day without her money due to the lack of organization and communication from Diane. During this entire process if we had a question we were made to feel as if we were bothering them which raised the anxiety level in an already stressed situation. I absolutely would not recommend this company.
