  Rich with Synergy was outstanding! He communicated with us and was ready to close 2 weeks earlier than the original date requested. We had to wait on the other lender (buyer of our old house) before we could close with Synergy. The other lender had a 2 week head start and still needed an extra week before they were ready to close. Rich did a remarkable job and made sure all the “i”s were dotted and “t”s crossed so closing went very smoothly! Thank you Rich!

  Mike Brooks from Synergy One was an amazing professional and team player. I had worked with several lenders but they played around and made our experience a total nightmare.
