  Glendon treated us not like another client,but like the only one. He was patient and kind, and since we were new in the mortgage process he took the time to learn and know all our needs. It was a very smooth and fast process and we did not have a single problem, and if we did, Glendon was careful to corrected before it even reached us. In the biggest purchase desicion of our life it was very nice and an immense fortune to have Glendon working with us and for us.   Words can’t express how lucky my wife and I were to cross paths with Glendon. Long story short, things fell thru with 2 weeks before my wife and I were set to close on our first home. Glendon came in with 2 weeks before closing, listened to ALL our issues and saved what at one time seemed impossible. Without him none of this would be possible!   Glendon Grose is the man. He helped me close on my property in one of the most painless processes I could have imagined. On signing day there were some issues on the purchasing side and Glendon stayed calm and collected as he came up with some crafty contract changes that resulted in a closing at the end of the day. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
