  I got connected with Spencer through a mutual friend to help me with a loan on my first house. He made it super easy, it was super quick and we closed on time which I heard is not easy these days!   He went above and beyond. He helped us out with all the paperwork and explained it to us (me) so I could understand it. Spencer knows his stuff and it clearly showed that when it came to getting paperwork sent back many loan officers get stuff sent back multiple times or they need other paperwork.....but not Spencer. Understand it's a process a very annoying/headache giving process in which he deals with like it's nothing and made it a smooth transition and process for us. He will always be recommended by us to anyone who is looking. Tell him the Perkins family told you to give him a call. Lol

  Spencer was amazing! He was always accessible and helped me with more than I could have asked for. He was extremely professional, but also really easy to get along with. I appreciate everything he did for me and I will definitely be asking for his help again in the future!
