  As a Realtor I need to have constant information from my mortgage partners and Nick is great to work with, his communication is off the charts! I know where we were at every step in the process.   I have never seen an Agent work so hard, even when you are not watching! Nab. is the man to go to when you need to secure a home. I highly recommend him to 1st time buyer who are lost and don’t know what to look for. Nab is the man to lead you. Very professional, Caring and fulfilled your dreams of becoming a home owner.   As a first time homebuyer, I had the obvious fears and uncertainties that come along with knowing absolutely nothing about the process. From the very first moment I met Nick, he put all those fears and uncertainties to rest. He treated me and my fiancé with a level of care and service that is so rare in today’s world. From start to finish, the process almost seemed TOO easy, as Nick walked us through the entire process, answering any questions along the way. As I type this from my brand new living room, still in disbelief that I am a new homeowner, I can’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude for all that Nick did to get us here. I would never want to work with anyone else. If you are in the market to purchase a new home, I cannot recommend Nick Kanaan enough. World class!

  This was my first time buying my own place. It is a scary process. Nick and his team were very helpful during the entire process. They responded to my emails quickly. They were even available after work hours to discuss (on phone) additional questions I had. During the entire process of closing, they kept me well informed on everything. I highly recommend working with Nick!

  I really loved the experience that I had with Nabih. He made the entire process from start to finish phenomenal. He respected my time and understood all of my needs.   Where can I start.. if you’re looking for someone that’s honest and will get things done look no further. Nick was very professional and on top of things, made everything go smoothly for me.
