  There isnt anything I can write to describe how great it was to get a loan from MIG. Shannon Ochiltree was the best Loan officer I have dealt with. She was always transparent & Honest from the beginning. Always had a open line of communication the whole way through. As stressful as buying a home can be, I can honestly say it was smooth and easy. Were beyond happy and blessed with Shannon and her amazing team. Thank you again.

  I've gotten several mortgages from MIG in Oak Ridge the last experience being 2 loans for 2 separate rental houses at the same time. Jackie and her team do an excellent job of organizing and communicating throughout the loan process. I won't go anywhere else for a loan. I would highly recommend doing business with MIG.

  We would not hesitate to recommend James (Andrew) Briggs of Mortgage Investors Group to friends or family relocating to the Knoxville area. Andrew made the loan application process run smoothly for us. He worked quickly to lock in an excellent rate and communicated each step of the way. He was easy to reach by phone, text or email; and he took care of us as though we were his only clients. Andrew moved things along so well that we were able to close 10 days earlier than we had anticipated. His office staff is equally professional, reliable and pleasant. Our overall experience with Andrew exceeded our expectations.

  I had an excellent experience with MIG for my first home loan. Paula and Jackie answered every question thoroughly and they both made me feel at ease about this whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a mortgage!

  We recently worked with Shannon Ochiltree on an FHA 203K, which is fairly complex loan. She was expertly knowledgable, efficient, and incredibly giving of her time. She even made it out to my husband's work for lunch to meet with us since we couldn't find time during business hours to meet with her in Oak Ridge. Sadly, due to family circumstances, we weren't able to commit to moving, so we didn't close using this loan, but when it comes time to refinance or make a home purchase Shannon will be the first person we call.

  I got a mortgage loan from MIG and they completely exceeded my expectation. Jackie and her team got back to me in no time whenever I had question. They tried to get the best loan with options that I couldn't even think of. If you are looking for a mortgage loan, then your search is over. Just call them.

  Jackie, Paula, and the rest of the staff at the Lafayette Drive branch in Oak Ridge are the best. I have done at least 3 refinances over the years and it has been a breeze each time. If there is another refi in the future, it will be with MIG in Oak Ridge.
