  We had a great experience with Vaneh and his team. The initial pricing he was able to offer seemed too good to be true. I kept waiting for the catch, but Vaneh delivered. Our real estate agent was impressed the rate Vaneh got us and more importantly the speed at which he got the final loan approval. He communicated with us very often and got the loan docs to escrow 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Somehow magically he got the apprisal waived as well which made us even more grateful.
