  “My original home loan had gone so well when I worked with Vaneh that I went right back to him for my refi. He had already gotten me a good rate on the first loan, but as we all know, the rates dove even lower in the summer months. He was careful to explain what my savings would look like since I had only made a handful of payments to my principal. He gave solid advice, but was never pushy. Even with his busy work load, he managed to close my loan in just a few weeks with a lower rate than we had initially discussed. Win-win!”

  Great experience with Option One especially during Covid! Artin was recommended by our real estate agent and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and patient.   Artin and his team are great! They helped us navigate through our first purchase and make sense of all of the information in a well laid out manner. I’m extremely grateful for the time he took to answer our questions, and patience to explain things over again to reinforce our understanding. With our busy schedules, it was quite difficult to navigate a speedy transaction but their office was able to make as much of a smooth process as they could.   I will never have to refinance this property ever again... Working with Vaneh Hartouni was amazing. He was able to get me locked in on a low interest rate that saved me 80K over the life of my previous loan. The entire process was very smooth and almost effortless; a total profession that took care of me without any issues or delays. We may have talked on the phone no more than four times (aside from a few email exchanges), I remember: the initial call to gather details about me and the home/loan, my rate and options, confirmation to lock-in my rate (thank goodness he did because the market turned and the rates went up), and the final call congratulating me on the approval of the loan and date escrow would close. Work with Vaneh and you will be totally satisfied.
