This was exceptionally importance since I started the process of buying the home while out of state in Colorado. When it came to communication, Myra went above and beyond via emails, texts and phone call to ensure I was kept abreast of key details related to the home buying process.   If you are looking for a Broker who will go above and beyond, ASK FOR MYRA! I could leave a billon start review but Google only allows 5! In July 2021 and we were starting the process of relocating to Alaska from Colorado. I called Mortgage Brokers of Alaska after doing a google search and the wonderful MYRA answered. From the beginning Myra, answered all our calls (and there were many), answered all our questions (many of them as well) and guided us step by step through the lending process. She never left a question unanswered and always made sure we fully understood every detail with buying a home in Alaska. Her personality is welcoming and she gave us the feeling of sincerity and security through this whole process. Myra went above and beyond the call of duty by simply standing by her knowledge, experience, and most important of all, keeping the lines of communication open and available! She worked very hard on our behalf to make our home buying experience comfortable and with ease. We never felt deceived, confused or just another number. She stood by us from start to finish!   Best experience I have ever had with an agent. Went above and beyond what is necessary to do to get me into my first time condo. Did everything she possibly could to try to get me my first condo. Constantly called me or emailed me with updates on what's going on and always had information whenever I asked for it. Very easy to get a hold of if you are lucky enough to get MYRA as an agent I can guarantee you'll get the home of your dreams

  Working with Myra Castrejon and her team was a very relaxing and trusting experience to say the least. She walked me through the entire application process and everything else that followed from start to Closing. Myra was always informative, transparent, and worked for me to get me the best refinance rate available; and she did get me a most excellent rate. She always willingly gave of her time to address my questions and concerns. Even during these difficult times, Myra always maintained a high level of professionalism. She always made herself available at any time of day or evening and was always quick to respond to questions or concerns that I had. Her ability in making me feel comfortable while she effortlessly and efficiently worked through the entire process: keeping me abreast of it the entire time, speaks very highly of her abilities. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, kind, available (even if she wasn’t necessarily on the clock) and just a great pleasure to work with!   Myra is the best loan originator in the state of Alaska. She was very thorough and professional. She did a lot more for me and my husband than I ever expected from her. I really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way.   If there were more than 5 starts to give, Myra would get them all! I started the home buying process last year with pretty much zero idea of what I was doing... enter Myra, pretty much my hero. From the moment she began helping me, she was kind, patient, understanding, communicative, knowledgeable, and just so nice. I don't know that I would have been able to make it through the whole process without her support. I am grateful that there is someone out there like Myra, helping people like me navigate the stressful and rewarding process of buying a home.   Myra did an amazing job getting us connected with a mortgage company that had the best rates! She was kind and professional during the entire procedure and she was always more than happy to explain things in great detail to ensure that we understood exactly what we were signing. Myra also went above and beyond what was asked of her, especially when it came to late night calls - she was always happy to answer or call back no matter how late or how early we needed help, and she was always prompt when returning voicemails. Myra is an incredible mortgage broker and we will definitely be more than happy to work with her for all future mortgages
