      I was there 20 minutes before close, manager said wire transfer machine broke down, wanted to withdrawal after that, they told me go to other locations😂

      Terrible place, terrible people:/ I've been banking with these folks for years and they are very unprofessional! They bank for the rich, so if you’re making anything less then five times minimum wage stay away! Also the debit cards they give you might be declined and cancelled with no warning “for your protection”!

      Credit union 1 is a great local bank institution to bank with in Alaska. Been banking with them for about 8 years, never no issues.

      Really good staff at this location! Waiting times are really short. Loan officers are quick and professional. I highly recommend!
