  I chose to inquire about a mortgage through Sam because of a recommendation from my real estate agent. While she spoke very highly of him, I was very pleasantly surprised by his level of professionalism, dedication, and the breadth of his knowledge of the mortgage business which he was more than willing to share. I always felt as though he had my best interest at heart, and would fully fight for my rights and the best mortgage deal for me as his client. His entire team is professional, hard-working, and consistently clear in their communication. Response time to questions was almost immediate, and I never had a doubt my business mattered, but not above the relationship. I would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone seeking a mortgage.

  Sam is literally one of a kind. It was such a privilege working with Sam and if there was an option for 100 stars I would give it. He made me feel like #1, EXCEEDED my expectations, made the process fun and helped me with my home buying needs in record timing! Sam is off the charts. I would recommend him over and over again.   Sam helped us so much with this process. He along with his team helped us get a home and raced us to the closing finish line in record time in this highly frustrating market. His expertise helped save us a good bit of money as well as the other mortgage company we were thinking about using was fixing to gouge us with high fees. We’re so glad the process is over with the help of Sam and Cheyenne on Sam and Tanya’s team!

  I can't say enough about Sam and CME lending! We reached out to do a refinance and unlike a few other companies Sam was truely interested in helping us find the best rate possible and made us feel like his number 1 priority through the whole process! Not only did Sam and this team deliver on everything they promised but they also made us feel like family. Sam made the process so easy and was there for us any time we had a question. It couldn't have gone any smoother and I couldn't be happier! They where great to work with and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.   Sam committed to closing our deal on a specific date and delivered. We were relocating from NY to FLA, there were many moving pieces and a lot of pressure/anxiety. Sam kept us on track and delivered on time. We could not have been happier. Sam was always accessible and coordinated a very difficult deal. Kudos to him and his team.
